On Thursday, December 8, 2011, Midlothian ISD purchased an elementary school site (approximatley 13.9 acres). The site is located on the northwest corner of Shiloh Road and Bryson Road. The 2004 School Bond Fund was used for the purchase.
Although the site has been purchased, at this time there are no plans to immediately build a seventh elementary school.
