Innovation: A Dilemma Within Progress

The Innovator’s Dilemma: When New Technologies Cause Great Firms to Fail, by Clayton M. Christensen, is a thought-provoking book. He writes:

“This book is about the failure of companies to stay atop their industries when they confront certain types of of market and technological change. It’s not about the failure of simply any company, but of good companies …. It is about well-managed companies that have their competitive antennae up, listen astutely to their customers, invest aggressively in new technologies, and yet still lose market share.”

I look forward to sharing more in this series of blogs titled, Innovation: A Dilemma Within Progress.
