Holcim Community Advisory Committee

I have the privilege of serving on the Holcim-Midlothian Plant Community Advisory Committee. We meet quarterly at the Holcim-Midlothian Plant. Our last meeting was August 6, 2012. The meeting included a tour of the Midlothian facility.

In one of its publications, the company writes, “Holcim (US) takes its social responsibilities seriously, and seeks out active roles in the community. Plant representatives meet regularly with Community Advisory Committees, which include representatives of civic and community groups as well as residents.”

Note: One of our tour guides was Giri Bhavani, Environmental Manager Midlothian Plant.
