Quality is about people

Philip B. Crosby in his book, Quality is Still Free (1996), observed in the large company at which he worked:

Some ares of the corporation did very well in quality, some were very bad at it. The way local leadership thought and acted as individuals determined the quality result of their organizations (p. xv.).

Quality is a culture. Ultimately, it’s about people who have the desire, knowledge and resources to good and great things.
