Eric Metaxas has been described as a “witty ambassador for faith.” His book, Miracles, “is a powerfully winsome challenge that miracles are not only possible but are far more widespread that most of us might have ever imagined.”
“But,” as Metaxas forthrightly addresses, “if we accept the idea that miracles happen – or that they can happen and sometimes do happen – then we must ask why they happen to certain people at certain times and not at others,” (pp. 59 & 60).
Metaxas recognizes and addresses tough questions that surround God and miracles. The book is an excellent read.
