The Artist Is Visible In Her Painting. The Teacher Is Seen In His Lesson.

It is not enough to design a great lesson. A lesson is not a thing mechanically separated from its author. A lesson is a reflection of the teacher. As the artist is seen in the painting, so is the teacher seen in the lesson.

Consequently, there should be a freedom to design lessons that recognize their creators, and administrators should encourage, support and celebrate the beauty of the teacher in the lesson.
